Executive Assistant - Private EA for Family Office in Mayfair
Fantastic new opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a prestigious family office in Mayfair, supporting a VIP Principal.
This is a full-time role for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing private and professional responsibilities. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Senior Advisor to the Principal—who acts as PR spokesman and stylist—as well as the Head of Operations, managing budgets, overseeing strategy, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple properties.
The Principal is an UHNWI deeply involved in cultural and philanthropic projects, with strong interests in arts, fashion, and education. She sits on the Board of a major London museum and co-runs a significant educational charity with her husband.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless support for the Principal’s private life, including managing domestic staff, day-to-day logistics, and pre-empting issues across residences in London, the countryside and the US.
- Organise events, entertainment, and equestrian activities for the children.
- Coordinate wardrobe, luxury purchases
- Manage calendars, prepare papers and briefings, and attend meetings alongside the Principal.
- Adapt to evolving interests and priorities with resourcefulness and discretion.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience supporting HNW Principals or VIPs in both personal and professional capacities.
- Strong organisational skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to “read the room.”
- Interest in arts, culture, fashion, and public affairs is highly desirable.
- Driving licence preferred, there will be occasional travel within the UK.
- Attention to detail and proactive thinking are essential.
