In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance.

* Remuneration: Basic salary £24,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car with on target earnings of £45,000. 2 Saturdays on, 1 off. 33 days holiday.
