ABOUT THE ROLE
IT World Limited is seeking a full-time Senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultant to join our expanding delivery practice. This senior role requires deep expertise bridging SAP ABAP technical development with functional business process knowledge across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), and Materials Management (MM). The successful candidate will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring seamless implementations across greenfield, brownfield, and hybrid S/4HANA landscapes. The postholder will work across the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering, solution architecture, and technical design through to coding, testing, deployment, post-go-live hypercare, production support, and continuous process improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyse business requirements and define SAP solutions across OTC, SD, LE and MM processes
- Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses; present findings to senior stakeholders
- Define functional specifications and RICEFW design documents (process flows, data mapping)
- Lead architectural discussions and define reusable SAP framework components
- Advise on SAP S/4HANA technologies, new integrations, and emerging platform capabilities

SAP ABAP Technical Development
- Design, develop and maintain ABAP programs: ALV Reports, Data Dictionary, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms
- Develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
- Build integrations using RFC, BAPI, ALE/IDoc, OData services (CRUD), and SAP CPI/APIs
- Apply ABAP OO, user exits, BAdIs, enhancement framework across multiple SAP modules
- Perform ABAP debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning in production environments
- Develop S/4HANA solutions: OData, One API, Fiori integration, BRF+ applications

OTC, SD, LE & MM Functional Expertise
- Configure SD pricing, condition types, billing plans, milestone billing, revenue account determination
- Support intercompany pricing, free goods, pricing routines, and third-party tools (CPQ, PricingFx)
- Configure logistics and shipment: route determination, shipment types, item categories, activity profiles
- Manage 3PL integration, MTO, MTS, subcontracting, consignment, and STO processes
- Configure eInvoice and eDocument solutions: Basware, Peppol, KSeF, SDI across multiple countries
- Support UK and European VAT/tax: Intra-EU, GST, excise duty, indirect and export taxes

Integration & Cross-Module Delivery
- Lead SAP integrations: EDI/ALE/IDoc with 3PL, eCommerce, MDM, ESKER, Salesforce, eInvoice
- Manage cross-module integration: FICO, MM, WM, PP, PS, HCM, QM; ATP, aATP, BOP
- Support ECC to S/4HANA data migration: LSMW, BAPI, LTMC, Z-objects, BP, CVI, FSCM
- Integrate SAP with external platforms using APIs, web services, IDocs, SAP CPI, middleware

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, global rollouts, S/4HANA conversions, AMS support
- Prepare BRDs, functional/technical specifications, test scripts, and cutover plans
- Lead UAT: train super users, resolve issues, document sign-off
- Work in Agile/SAFe environments using JIRA, ServiceNow, SolMan, and Confluence

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years SAP techno-functional experience: ABAP development and OTC/SD consulting
- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, or major upgrade projects
- Global rollout and AMS delivery experience across multiple industry sectors
- Expert ABAP: Data Dictionary, ALV Reports, RICEFW, ABAP Objects, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework
- OData, Fiori/UI5, BRF+, One API on S/4HANA; Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, Output Management
- Interface development: RFC, BAPI, ALE/IDoc, EDI, SAP CPI, file-based integrations
- Deep OTC/SD process knowledge: pricing, billing, logistics, returns, ARM, variant configuration
- UK and European VAT/tax compliance; cross-module integration: FICO, MM, WM, PP, PS, QM
- aATP, product allocation, backorder processing (BOP), foreign trade, eInvoice, eWay bill
- eInvoice frameworks: Peppol, KSeF, SDI, Basware - multi-country experience highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent professional experience
- SAP S/4HANA Certification desirable; SAFe Agilist or Agile qualification desirable
