• Is passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
• Motivates and guides a team in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Has a proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Is confident operating a coffee machine and has strong knowledge of coffee preparation.
• Has experience with wine service and can confidently make recommendations to guests.
• Builds great relationships with both the team and guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Experience working in table service environments and supervising the floor, ensuring smooth guest experience.

Every day is exciting as our Supervisor. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Be the go-to expert on food, coffee, and wine—guiding your team and impressing guests with your knowledge.
• Support the front-of-house team with energy and positivity, giving helpful feedback and ensuring service is always top-notch.
• Keep an eye on stock usage, ensuring nothing goes to waste and all items are properly tracked.
• Navigate the POS system with ease and ensure flawless cash and card handling.
