Senior Digital Technology & Web Experience Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global asset manager who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Technology & Web Experience Manager to lead the development and optimisation of their international websites. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with a strong emphasis on digital transformation, user experience, and cross-border collaboration.
As part of a highly engaged international marketing team, you’ll take ownership of the company’s global digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager, enhancing user experience, driving performance, and aligning digital content with strategic marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will be a digital native, commercially minded, and confident working across diverse teams and geographies.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and future development of international websites using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring a modern, efficient, and user-friendly digital presence.
- Collaborate with global marketing, tech, and business innovation teams to execute web-related projects aligned with wider business goals.
- Take responsibility for external agency partnerships, managing scopes of work, and ensuring spend is tracked and optimised.
- Lead the integration of digital tools such as event platforms, analytics systems, and marketing automation solutions to enhance digital functionality and reporting.
- Provide strategic input and hands-on support in UX/UI design to improve site usability and customer engagement.
- Apply data and insights to inform decision-making and continuously enhance the client digital journey.
- Build and maintain a strong digital roadmap to support lead generation, content delivery, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in digital marketing, martech, or digital strategy within the asset management industry.
- Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and proficiency with other marketing platforms such as Salesforce.
- Track record of developing and managing digital content and customer experiences across multiple markets.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable web initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to navigate complex, international environments.
- Experience in marketing automation, data-driven decision-making, and journey mapping.
