Administrative Business Partner
As an Administrative Business Partner II (ABP), you will provide proactive, high-quality administrative and operational support to leaders, teams, and/or a site. Operating with minimal guidance, you will use sound judgement, discretion, and business awareness to manage complex schedules, coordinate travel and events, and support site culture and effectiveness.
You will be a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and play an active role within the Administrative Business Partner community.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including pre-travel preparation and post-travel follow-up.
- Own expense and budget-related activities, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
- Prepare and support meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Plan and deliver internal and external events such as team off-sites, site events, and business programmes.
- Support site culture initiatives and make recommendations to improve team dynamics and site effectiveness.
- Partner with internal teams on workplace and space planning needs.
- Contribute to projects and process improvements within the ABP community.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative, business support, or operations role supporting senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, and event support.
- Demonstrated judgement, discretion, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives or large, fast-paced teams.
- Experience delivering medium-scale events or projects.
- Strong written communication skills and business acumen.
