The Role

As Regional Sales Manager – Invoice Finance , you’ll be responsible for:

• Generating and managing new business leads across the UK, with a focus on Invoice Finance opportunities
• Building trusted relationships with business owners, introducers, and lenders
• Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to successful funding
• Representing the business at networking events and maintaining a strong market presence
• Working closely with the senior leadership team to help shape sales strategy and identify growth areas

What You’ll Bring

• Proven track record in Invoice Finance sales – either lender or broker side
• Strong introducer network or the ability to build one quickly
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a hybrid or remote working model
• Confident communicator with excellent commercial instincts
• A positive, proactive mindset and a real interest in helping SMEs succeed
