IP Administrator (Trade Marks ) Training Provided - London
Dawn Ellmore Employment are looking for a detail-driven administrator to join our top tier clients thriving Intellectual Property team, supporting the management of global trade mark and design portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review legal correspondence to extract deadlines and update internal systems
- Assist with data checks, audits, and onboarding of IP portfolios
- Generate portfolio reports and update clients on key milestones
- Maintain accurate records and support document handling as needed
Experience required:
- Admin experience (IP or legal background preferred)
- Comfortable using IP management tools (desirable)
- Confident with Excel, Outlook, and general document handling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Keen to learn and take ownership of tasks
