Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the specific needs of students in line with the school's curriculum.
• Evaluate and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in History or a related field, with a teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE) preferred.
• Proven experience as a History Teacher, with a track record of achieving excellent results.
• Strong knowledge and passion for the subject of History, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Familiarity with the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
