Salesforce Developer
Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading real estate organisation to recruit a Salesforce Developer on a contract basis - onsite required - London based - outside IR35
Role
- An experienced Salesforce Developer that can support the design, development, and optimisation of their Salesforce platform.
- The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other technologies.
- Customise standard and custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and translate requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of development activities and solutions.
Profile
- The Salesforce Developer will have proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other relevant certifications a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
