RevOps Analyst
Raft is the intelligent logistics platform that’s rewriting the technology playbook for freight forwarders and customs brokers in the automation era. A dynamic UK-based technology company with a global impact across logistics, we’re searching for a RevOps Analyst who is excited by the prospect of working in a rapidly growing international scale-up. We have significant runway thanks to our most recent Series B funding, which we raised from some of the best investors in the space: Eight Roads (Alibaba, Spendesk, Toast), Bessemer Venture Partners (LinkedIn, Twilio, Shopify), Episode 1 (Zoopla, Betfair, Shazam) and Dynamo Ventures (Sennder, Stord, Gatik).
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst with a passion for empowering teams through technology. In this pivotal role, you'll harness and optimize technology to bolster our marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams, accelerating revenue growth and enhancing customer experiences. Your focus will involve maintaining and leveraging Hubspot to streamline sales processes, enhance analytics, and manage data integrity, ensuring our teams operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SaaS tech landscape, adept at translating business needs into technical solutions, and skilled in maintaining and improving systems to support the commercial team's goals. Your contributions will be crucial in driving accelerated revenue growth and facilitating a superior customer journey.
Day-to-day you will:
- Utilize the full capabilities of Hubspot’s sales, automation, and reporting hubs to support the sales team. This includes process improvements, measurement, tracking, and analytics from the top of the funnel to close.
- Leverage your expertise to track and analyze key metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment. You'll track the data and develop insights, aiming to improve sales funnel performance and revenue attainment.
- Develop and assist with territory management, and provide data-driven insights to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
- Take charge of Hubspot governance, ensuring data cleanliness, updates, and overall system health. You'll also be responsible for maintaining critical reports and KPIs.
- Assist sales leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection and prepare comprehensive Quarterly Business Review presentations.
We specifically want someone who has:
- Demonstrable experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, particularly supporting CRM data hygiene, managing dashboards, and simplifying reports in HubSpot.
- A strong understanding of the sales process and how systems like HubSpot and Gainsight support GTM teams.
- Familiarity with HubSpot’s reporting and automation features is preferred.
- Comfort working with tools like Google Sheets and a willingness to learn Gainsight and HubSpot more deeply over time.
- The ability to spot data issues, streamline reporting for end users, and help teams maintain clean, reliable dashboards.
- Experience collaborating across sales and marketing teams is a plus—especially supporting operational processes like lead routing, reporting, and basic CRM workflows.
Apply because you want to:
- Embrace the chance to flourish in a global marketplace, standing shoulder to shoulder with leading-edge companies at the forefront of innovation.
- Become part of a visionary, product-focused organization that weaves artificial intelligence into comprehensive workflow solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, spanning diverse industries, and immerse yourself in a tech-driven, rapid-paced setting that nurtures both professional and personal development.
- Thrive in a multicultural atmosphere, where diverse perspectives and ideas fuel creativity and growth.
