HR/Finance Administrator- London

The roles focus is to perform a range of routine duties, focusing on administration, data entry and processing to support the smooth running of the HR and Finance Departments, duties including but not limited to:
Finance Specific:
1. Monitoring Accounts inboxes – liaising with suppliers and staff etc., answering queries
2. Requesting and reconciling supplier statements
3. Processing purchase invoices on Yooz (automated PO & accounts payable system)
4. Reviewing and escalating PO’s on Yooz – process orders on relevant online vendors
5. Processing payments and sending remittances
6. Reconciliations – CT scans, PP Scans/bloods, CT travel invoices
7. Processing CT stipends and uploading CT Expenses payments in bank
8. Processing USA stipend payments on CRIO
9. Answering finance calls from switchboard (limited call volume)
10. Ad-hoc projects given by Finance Director, and supporting Finance colleagues as and when required.
HR Specific:
11. Maintain HR database to ensure HR administrative and management systems are fully fit for purpose and that any data is held in line with confidentiality and data protection laws.
12. Manage full cycle HR – onboarding from the recruitment and selection of candidates, to the production of offer letters and employment contracts, pre-employment checks, IT set up, monthly changes, and full offboarding processes.
13. Monitory monthly processes (sickness, probations, appraisals etc)
14. Coordinate local staff inductions with line managers and corporate induction
15. Support document review processes (job descriptions, policy, SOP’s)
16. Ensure that all personnel files are kept up to date.
17. Support data analysis and reporting of key HR metrics.
18. Manage all training requirements.
19. Support with quarterly HR audits.
The Candidate
To be considered for our HR/Finance Adminsitrator role, you will have the following skills and experience:
Essential
Experience of a minimum 1 year in an administration role in HR/FInance
Experience of a minimum 1 year in a Corporate/private company environment
Experience of using MS Packages
Strong written communication skills
Experience of working with data and systems
Desirable
Qualification in HR or Finance (CPP/CIPD/ATT)
Terms and Benefits
Salary: £33-35K per annum, depending on experience
Role: Permanent Full time
Location: Hybrid - 1 day on site in London
