This team has delivered double-digit growth for each of the past five years and plays a critical role in shaping how global energy and commodity markets operate.

The Programme at a glance

This structured 18-month graduate programme provides broad exposure across sales and customer-facing roles, with hands-on experience across the commercial organisation. You will rotate across key teams and work closely with subject-matter experts. High performers will have the opportunity to progress into a permanent role.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Build and develop customer relationships

  • Develop core sales and account management skills

  • Use CRM tools to analyse customer usage and revenue opportunities

  • Support product demonstrations and client onboarding

  • Contribute to reporting, analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Experience

  • A Recent graduate

  • Strong communication and analytical ability

  • Commercial mindset and curiosity

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • English fluency (additional languages advantageous)
