- External Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with a broad group of capacity providers in key markets, acting as Nscale’s initial point of contact and ensuring access to supply options as needed.
- Power & Land: Track grid connection timelines, power pricing and land availability across target markets, acting as initial point of contact with landowners, developers and utilities before handover to Development.
- Benchmarking: Maintain cost and pricing benchmarks, and a rolling view of AI compute demand that sizes our pipeline.
- Governance & Reporting: Provide regular market reporting to leadership and the board as a single agreed source of truth, plus rapid deep dives as needed.
- Team Building & Leadership: Help build, establish and lead a high-performing market intelligence team, fostering collaboration with Development, Delivery, and Strategy & Corporate Development teams.
- Industry Profile: Maintain a strong industry profile through conferences, networking and published insight.
