About the role

We're looking for someone special to join our double award winning User Research & Experimentation team at John Lewis. You'll have a good level of experience working hands on with both Experimentation and the outputs of user research, you'll be equally confident in a spreadsheet as you are with qualitative insights from a user research session in a digital context. You'll be a strong communicator and up for an exciting challenge to help people make better decisions.

Target salary - up to 60k

Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business.
