About the Role

As a Graduate Maths Trainee Teacher, you will:

• Teach engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 , with opportunities at Key Stage 5.
• Deliver small-group and 1:1 support to boost student attainment and confidence.
• Develop skills in lesson planning, assessment, and differentiated teaching.
• Participate in weekly professional development covering classroom management and pedagogy.
• Support enrichment, problem-solving, and data-driven learning activities.
• Gradually take on full teaching responsibilities under expert guidance.

This role provides real responsibility from day one , giving insight into a teacher’s daily duties.

• A 2:1 or above in Mathematics or related discipline.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).

Previous experience with young people is helpful but not essential—enthusiasm, commitment, and professionalism matter most.
