Sociology Teacher – Outstanding Girls’ Secondary School, Wandsworth (January Start)

Role Information
The school is seeking a dedicated Sociology Teacher to teach KS4 and KS5 from January. You will deliver a stimulating curriculum that encourages students to explore social structures, inequalities, and contemporary issues. The role involves planning engaging lessons, setting and marking assessments, and supporting students to achieve outstanding examination results.
You will also contribute to enrichment activities such as debate societies, guest speaker events, and wider curriculum initiatives.
Requirements
• QTS and a relevant degree
• Experience teaching Sociology at GCSE and/or A Level
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong commitment to equality, inclusion, and student wellbeing
