Your role

  • Manage, recruit and develop your team, ensuring effective rotas and training
  • Promote best practice so quality support is delivered every day
  • Make sure systems are in place and services meet compliance standards
  • Support the Local Service Manager with managing and marketing homes/voids
  • Maintain health and safety and build positive relationships with customers and partners

Your skills

  • Management or supervisory experience in a social care setting
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of support planning, risk assessment and safeguarding
  • Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with mental health needs
