Cover Supervisor – Redbridge, London

Are you organised, dependable, and passionate about making a difference in education?

We’re seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join a dynamic and welcoming Primary School in Redbridge, providing essential classroom support to teachers and pupils.

This is a term-time only position, offered at a daily rate, with an immediate start available.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment when teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a focused, engaging atmosphere
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons and assisting students with their learning
* Reporting student progress and any concerns to teaching staff and senior leaders
* Supporting the wider school community where needed
* Ensuring lessons run smoothly and effectively

Pay: £110 – £150 per day

About You

* Experience working with primary students (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Calm, confident, and professional under pressure
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive
* A genuine passion for supporting young people’s learning and wellbeing
