Job Overview

At Relativity, we believe the future of Legal Data Intelligence is powered by learning, amplified by AI, and driven by our customers’ success. Our platform isn’t just software, it’s an intelligent ecosystem that transforms how organizations uncover insights, make decisions, and scale impact.

As part of our Adoption Services team, you’ll play a key role in helping customers harness the full potential of Relativity through dynamic, data-driven experiences that are scalable, measurable, and built for the future.

As an Adoption Services Specialist, you are at the forefront of this transformation. You’ll guide customers and partners in adopting and maximizing our AI-powered and core capabilities, turning complex workflows into intuitive, high-value outcomes. From leading engaging onboarding experiences and live matter support to collaborating across teams, you’ll help shape how modern legal teams leverage AI in real-world scenarios.

This role is perfect for someone energized by innovation, passionate about customer impact, and excited to help define how AI is reshaping the legal landscape.

Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultative partner to customers, guiding them in adopting and evolving their Legal Data Intelligence workflows using RelativityOne’s AI-powered platform with a focus on measurable outcomes

  • Lead strategic engagements that align to customer goals, helping teams translate capabilities into meaningful, real-world outcomes

  • Willing to travel up to 20% to spend 1:1 time with key customers to provide onsite consultations on workflow strategies and adoption-specific workshops

  • Advise customers on how to leverage AI-driven features, cloud-native workflows, and extensibility options to drive efficiency, insight, and defensibility within established use cases

  • Facilitate use-case-driven discussions that help customers mature their operating models and unlock greater value from the platform over time

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to reinforce and refine learning journeys, ensuring guidance remains relevant, practical, and forward-looking

  • Identify recurring challenges and emerging needs across customers, and feedback those insights for improved adoption strategies, playbooks, and scalable enablement approaches

  • Model best practices in using AI-assisted tools—balancing efficiency with critical thinking, accuracy, and a strong commitment to customer trust

Your Skills

  • 3+ years of customer-facing support in the Legal Data Intelligence or eDiscovery industry, supporting legal, compliance, or investigative workflows

  • Experience in the software technology sector, preferably in SasS or cloud-based platforms

  • Navigate ambiguity with curiosity and intent—probing deeply into customer challenges, asking the right questions, and shaping unclear problems into actionable, AI-enabled solutions

  • Strong written and communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts and AI assisted workflows to non-technical audiences

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, with a willingness to continuously learn new technologies and processes

  • Ability to actively listen to customers, identify pain points in their business processes, and provide effective solutions.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with AI/ML solutions for Legal Data Intelligence is a plus

  • Relativity Certified Administrator is a plus

  • German Speaking is a plus
