Creative Operations Manager
At Treatwell, we believe that self-care should be effortless; and we’re on a mission to make booking beauty and wellness treatments as easy as ordering your morning flat white.
We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-focused Creative Operations Manager to keep our projects moving and our standards high. You’ll be the calm in the creative chaos; the one making sure our social posts, emails, and campaigns all land on time, on brand, and looking their best. If you’re obsessed with process, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to get the best out of creative teams, we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for:
Owning the Creative Pipeline
Take charge of our creative project flow across digital, social, print and video. You’ll make sure everything’s tracked, prioritised, and cruising along smoothly to ensure we meet key deadlines
Resource Management
Stay on top of team capacity, manage workload distribution, and proactively identify solutions to potential resourcing challenges before they impact delivery
Nail the Briefs
Ensure our stakeholder briefs are clear & complete so our creative team can get straight to the creative
Keeping us organised
Ensure every creative project is managed and tracked correctly in our project management system and ensure all files are saved correctly within the Google Drive
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams (brand, product, performance, and more) to make sure our creative assets perform & drive results
External partners and content
Be the key point of contact for our external creative studio partners (freelancers, printers, agencies) and manage external creative assets from content creators, influencers and other collaborators to ensure files are correctly delivered, organised and usage is clear for the business
Lead the Creative Huddle
Run our weekly status meetings and make sure everyone’s aligned, know what they are doing and ready to roll
Tools & processes
Finding the best ways of working and improving processes and tools with the team when needed and keeping up to date with AI solutions
