Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of Year 3 students, promoting both academic and personal growth.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom where children feel safe and motivated to learn.
• Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable targets for development.
• Implement innovative and creative teaching strategies to keep students engaged and excited about learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistency in curriculum delivery.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians , keeping them informed of student progress and discussing any concerns.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school events.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 , ideally with experience in Year 3.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting every child’s academic and personal development.
• Creative and flexible approach to teaching, with a desire to inspire and motivate students.
