We’re partnering with a forward-thinking renewable energy company seeking a motivated

Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of large-scale, sustainable infrastructure developments. You’ll play a hands-on role in managing costs, contracts, and commercial performance across exciting green energy initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting commercial delivery of renewable infrastructure projects from start to finish
• Assisting in cost planning, valuations, payment applications, and project forecasting
• Working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors, engineers, and external partners
• Managing elements of contract administration (NEC3/NEC4) and ensuring compliance
• Reporting on project progress, risks, and budgets

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying or cost management role
• A good understanding of NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4 preferred)
• Excellent numeracy, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (or currently pursuing a professional qualification)
