The first smile our patients see.
The Highgate Team is looking for a professional and welcoming Dental Receptionist to be the face of our practice. This role is full-time, 5 days a week (08:30-17:30).
Why Join Angle House?

Bonus scheme
Private medical cover (after one year)
Discounted orthodontic treatment
Contributions toward eye care
Enhanced pension scheme (after two years)
A friendly, inclusive team culture with regular social events
Ongoing training and professional development to help you progress
A healthy work-life balance within a positive working environment
Your Main Duties

Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient flow.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage daily cashing up and banking procedures.

We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about patient care. To succeed in this role, you will need:
A patient-centred mindset and a natural ability to put people at ease.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
The ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Experience with daily banking/cashing up is preferred.
Previous dental reception experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
