**Equity Rewards Director (Tax)**

The Work
- Lead and grow our Equity Reward offering in London
- Win and deliver complex equity reward engagements
- Advise senior clients on share schemes, LTIPs, and tax-efficient equity structures
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions
- Lead and develop junior team members
What You Need
- ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent), with strong equity reward experience
- Proven track record in delivering complex equity reward engagements
- Strong business development capability
- Experience advising listed companies is advantageous
