Senior LiveOps Producer
Are you an experienced Senior LiveOps Producer with a passion for managing release cycles and scaling processes for live games?
This is an opportunity to join a growing studio in the Greater London area, where you will lead production for an ambitious open-world multiplayer sandbox project entering early access.
What you'll be doing:
- Running production for cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, art, design, scripting, and QA
- Driving the LiveOps cadence by ensuring updates, hotfixes, and patches are scoped, resourced, and delivered on schedule
- Balancing feature development with bug fixing, stability, and community-driven improvements
- Collaborating with leads to define priorities, timelines, and resource allocation in line with the roadmap
- Identifying risks early and proactively removing blockers to keep delivery on track
- Championing process adoption and ensuring teams use the best tools, workflows, and practices for a live game environment
- Acting as the bridge between leadership, development teams, and community-facing roles to keep all stakeholders aligned
What we're looking for:
- Proven LiveOps experience, with at least one shipped game managed through early access or soft launch
- Strong track record of leading cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, start-up style environment
- Experience running a frequent release cycle (every 6–8 weeks), balancing new content with technical improvements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to create clarity in complex situations
- Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce effective production processes such as reporting, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Based in the UK, with the ability to work from the Guildford office at least three days per week
This role will give you the opportunity to play a key role in shaping an ambitious open-world multiplayer sandbox project, whilst working in a collaborative environment with a cross-disciplinary team building the foundation for early access and beyond.
If you are a Senior LiveOps Producer looking to take the next step in your career and want to lead the release cadence of an innovative multiplayer project, this role could be the perfect fit for you. Apply now, or email Andy Demetriou - [email protected]
