- Hold a First-Class or 2:1 degree in Science, Chemistry, Physics , or a closely related subject
- Achieved strong A-Level results (A –C minimum)*
- Possess strong GCSE outcomes, including English and Mathematics
- Have excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
- Are passionate about education and eager to train as a teacher
- Can motivate and inspire young people to achieve success
