Financial Controller - £75k - £80k
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, including group
- Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage cash flow and treasury functions effectively.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.
- Lead and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department.
