Head of Alliances (Hiring Immediately)

FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defence. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.

Our platform enables large organisations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.

Mission

We are looking for a Head of Alliances to build our partner ecosystem and turn it into a significant source of Enterprise pipeline.

You will work with hyperscalers and large technology and SI partners to build joint go-to-market motions that bring FlowX.AI into major enterprise deals.

This is a high-impact role for a well-networked leader who wants to drive revenue through partnerships, not just manage relationships.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Build and lead FlowX.AI's alliances strategy across hyperscalers, technology and SI partners.
• Activate your network to open new partnerships and co-sell opportunities quickly.
• Design and run joint GTM motions with partners: co-selling, joint offerings and campaigns.
• Generate and track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to align partners with our Enterprise priorities.

Who you are

• 3-5 years of alliances/partnerships experience at a major software company (e.g. Salesforce).
• Strong experience with hyperscalers and large technology/SI partners.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and revenue through alliances.
• Experience building joint GTM motions with partners.
• Strong enterprise technology/SaaS background.
• Highly networked, with relationships you can activate quickly.
• Are a self-starter who thrives with high autonomy and owns your work.
• Are motivated by tangible impact and measurable results.
