Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical member of staff to support our Tax Operations team with the processing of dividend withholding tax reclaims, across multiple jurisdictions, and other reclaim types upon request.

This role offers hands-on experience in international tax processes, financial documentation, and operational workflows within a financial services environment.

The successful candidate will assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting tax reclaims while ensuring compliance with local tax authority requirements and internal controls.

TaxTec operate under a hybrid structure, however there may be occasions when in-person presence is required on short notice, or for more days than scheduled. We are looking for someone who can adapt to evolving team and business needs.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial and tax data effectively.
• Experience in withholding tax reclaims with a financial services or tax background.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and global tax recovery practices is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and meet them.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
