Studio Manager (Packaging/Artwork)
Job Description
We’re working with an established packaging studio to find a Studio Manager to lead and evolve their artwork team.
This role goes beyond day-to-day management. Alongside overseeing resource allocation, briefing accuracy, and maintaining exceptional quality standards across all output, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the studio works moving forward.
You’ll actively seek out and implement new technologies, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall output, helping to future-proof the studio in an increasingly automated and digitally driven landscape.
With a strong foundation in packaging artwork, repro, and print, you’ll provide hands-on QC support while guiding, mentoring, and developing the team. You’ll work closely with account management to ensure briefs are interpreted accurately and delivered to the highest standard.
There’s also an opportunity to broaden the studio’s capabilities, exploring advancements across digital print, profiling, proofing, and production technologies.
We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in packaging artwork, whether from a technical agency, repro house, or print environment, but equally someone curious, forward-thinking, and motivated to evolve how a studio operates.
