Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in the London area, United Kingdom. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and overseeing cost planning to ensure adherence to project budgets. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and reporting cost performance, assessing financial implications, and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Must have UK experince in fire compartmention / facade remedial.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Ability to generate detailed Cost Reporting and analyze project financials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Proven track record of working collaboratively with construction and project management teams
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is an advantage
