OverviewGallagher’s Employee Experience & Communications team is a global consultancy transforming how organisations engage their people. From immersive virtual forums to high-impact, in-person flagship events, our experiences shape the future of internal comms, HR, and leadership.
We’re looking for a seasoned Event Manager to take the reins of our events programme across the UK and US – someone who thrives on detail, owns logistics end-to-end, and brings creative flair and strategic thinking to the table.
How you'll make an impactAs Event Manager, you will...
Lead the delivery of physical, virtual, and hybrid events from planning to execution
Source and secure top-tier speakers, supporting our content strategy
Manage venues, suppliers, tech, and budgets – nothing slips through the cracks
Oversee audience experience from registration through to post-event engagement
Be the go-to person on event day – calm, confident, in control
Shape and refine processes, bringing new ideas and industry best practices every quarter
Represent Gallagher in the events space, growing your profile in the industry
4+ years experience in events, ideally with 2+ years at Event Manager level
Proven experience running both in-person and virtual events
Stellar organisational skills and a cool head under pressure
Strong stakeholder management – from C-suite speakers to venue reps
Strategic input and content sensibility, not just logistics
