Location: Kew Retail Park, Bessant Drive, South Richmond, TW9 4AD
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Average 37 hours per week
Shifts:

* Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 08:00 and 09:30 - 13:30
* Sunday: 09:00 - 16:00
Requirement: Own transport required

About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team at Kew Retail Park, TW9 4AD .

Working as part of a professional facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the retail park, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers, tenants, and visitors. This is a hands-on outdoor and indoor cleaning role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Cleaning and maintaining external tarmac areas
* Removing all waste from the retail park and surrounding areas
* Litter picking throughout the retail park
* Emptying bins and replacing liners (approximately 10 waste receptacles)
* Mopping floors within the retail centre
* Keeping public areas clean, tidy, and presentable
* Operating leaf blowers during relevant seasonal periods
* Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns
* Ensuring site cleanliness standards are consistently maintained
* Carrying out any additional ad hoc cleaning duties as required
