Role Overview:
As the Maths Phase Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing the mathematics curriculum across the school. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, delivery, and assessment of the mathematics curriculum for your designated phase.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and instructional materials.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues within the Maths Phase, promoting best practices and sharing expertise.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, implementing interventions as necessary to ensure academic success.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community, promoting a shared commitment to educational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at the primary level
• Strong knowledge of the primary mathematics curriculum
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
