Administration Assistant

Stratford, Greater London

to maintain organised records, support project administration, coordinate meetings, and assist with basic finance and reporting activities.This role is ideal for an experienced administrator looking for a flexible part-time position supporting a busy project development team. The salary for this position is £28k to £30k per annum FTE (pro rata for part-time hours).Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Complete and submit standard forms and administrative paperwork.Maintain accurate records and filing systems.Provide general administrative support to the project team.Assist with document formatting, updates, and version control.Support the coordination of internal approvals and authorised signatures for contracts and related documents.SharePoint and document management, ensuring documents are correctly filed and easy to locate.Arrange meetings and send calendar invitations.Basic finance administration.Assist with travel bookings and expense claims.Skills & Experience Required:Previous

administrative experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.Reliable and able to work independently.Positive and collaborative team player.Comfortable dealing with confidential information.This is a temporary, part-time role working 15 hours per week (Tuesday and Thursday) for a period of 5 months.Fred.
