Intern
Grove Communication is a London, New York and Dallas based Communications agency specialising in fashion, accessories, luxury goods and lifestyle.
The successful applicant will work closely with the team, supporting the implementation of an integrated PR communication strategy that comprises traditional and digital media, including influencer outreach, social media management, and events.
Main responsibilities and duties of the intern will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Account Executives, Account Managers and Account Directors with the day-to-day running of a busy Communications & Social Media agency
- Crafting compelling pitches
- Press and VIP requests – assisting with sample send-outs and returns
- Managing client coverage
- Asset organisation
- Assisting with organic influencer outreach strategies
- Event assistance as needed
- Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs for potential feature/product placement opportunities
- Manage daily PR sample and image requests
- Management of client stock and samples
- Compiling monthly client reports

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Extremely well-organised, methodical and efficient with good time management skills

Package details:
- Full-time role for three months
