Hourly Restaurant Manager
Join our team as a Restaurant Manager and oversee the day-to-day running of our bustling restaurant in Aldgate. We're looking for an organised, energetic self-starter with at least a year's experience in restaurant or retail management.
What you'll do
- Lead your team: Manage and motivate our crew to deliver exceptional service and meet our high standards.
- Run a tight ship: Open and close the restaurant, handle cash, enforce policies and ensure cleanliness.
- Problem-solve: Recognise issues, set goals, and execute plans to solve them.
- Adapt and learn: Use various technology systems, work flexible hours, and complete company training.

What you'll need

- Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years old.
- Right to Work: Must hold valid Right to Work in the UK.
