Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - Middle Markets Focus

An expanding professional services firm is strengthening its Transfer Pricing capability and is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager or Senior Manager to join its growing tax advisory team.

This is a highly advisory-focused opportunity offering exposure to sophisticated, cross-border assignments for multinational businesses across a range of sectors and international markets. The successful individual will work across the full transfer pricing lifecycle, advising on the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies, operating models and international arrangements, alongside documentation, benchmarking, intercompany financing, restructuring, acquisitions, disposals and other strategic transactions.

The role will also provide exposure to more complex areas including transfer pricing risk reviews, tax authority enquiries, dispute resolution and international agreement procedures. There will be opportunities to work alongside specialists across wider tax disciplines, giving the successful candidate broader commercial exposure to the tax implications of international business models and transactions.

As a senior member of the team, the individual will take ownership of client engagements, manage project delivery, oversee budgets and deadlines, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. They will also play an active role in coaching and developing junior colleagues, with opportunities to contribute to proposals, business development and the continued growth of the Transfer Pricing practice.

Candidates should have proven transfer pricing experience gained in practice and/or industry, a strong understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and the ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly to non-specialists. ACA, CA, CTA, ADIT or an equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
