Desktop Analyst (IT)
1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst We are looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a small IT support team within the financial services industry. You will provide day-to-day technical support to users, resolving hardware, software and access issues. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues Manage user accounts, passwords and permissions Set up laptops, desktops and mobile devices Log and manage incidents through the ticketing system Escalate more complex issues where required Technologies Windows 10 / 11 Microsoft 365 Active Directory Entra ID / Azure AD Microsoft Intune Microsoft Teams and Outlook Basic networking, VPN and connectivity Laptop and desktop hardware Requirements 1 year experience in a 1st Line, Service Desk or Desktop Support role Good understanding of the Microsoft technology stack Basic Active Directory and user administration experience Confident troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 issues Good communication and customer service skills Keen to develop into a stronger 2nd Line Support position Logistics Monday - Friday (40 hours a week) London, Mayfair Onsite Benefits Salary £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience Health and wealth benefits Private company pension Social events Volunteering and community engagement opportunities To find out more about Huxley, please visit Huxley, a trading division of SThree Partnership LLP is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy | Registered office | 8 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4BQ, United Kingdom | Partnership Number | OC387148 England and Wales
