Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £27-30K Basic + Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

The Requirements

Our client is looking for the following:

• Must hold a 2:1 degree or above
• Maintained at least 2 years in a commercial role
• Someone with a sponge like mentality who wants to be coached
• Ambitious individuals looking to progress their career quickly
• Financially and success driven
• Competitive nature
• Resilient, hardworking, and persuasive
• Some commercial work experience (preferred but not essential)
• People with a high-level sporting background (preferred but not essential)

The Role

• Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
• Guiding candidates through the interview process
• Account management
• Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads
• Closing business deals
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
