Retail & Operations Associate

As Hurr continues to grow, we’re focused on delivering exceptional service and creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail & Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be on the front line of HURR, based in our Concession at Selfridges Oxford Street and working as part of a dynamic team to support the day-to-day operations of both the store and HURR more widely.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, answering their questions, and helping them navigate our rental and resale offerings.
• Sales Support: Actively promote our rental services and resale collections, driving customer engagement and assisting in meeting store sales targets.
• Stock Management & Visual Merchandising: Support stock management processes, including receiving deliveries, organising merchandise, and ensuring items are displayed correctly.
• HURR Ops & Commercial Support: Work with both our Fashion Director and Senior Ops Manager to support on a variety of ops-related tasks that feed into the wider HURR Business, including Product onboarding & merchandising, brand takeovers, customer order support, and more.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations and contribute to achieving the store’s key performance goals.
• Special Project Support: Assist with the seamless fulfilment of rental orders through external partners, including managing rentals for VIP customers, influencers/ KOLs in collaboration with our last mile delivery partners.

Profile:

• Working knowledge of and interest in the current fashion industry landscape.
• Willingness to get stuck in where needed - as a small start-up, we very much operate a “one-team” approach
• Flexible schedule and open to role development
