Senior Ethics and Compliance Director - Manufacturing - £120,000

They have a presence in a large variety of household products, from fridges to bathroom fittings. They have a truly global presence, operating in over 120 countries with over 50,000 employees.
Their primary aim is to focus on creating high quality products that transform homes.
As the Senior Ethics and Compliance Director for EMENA, you will get the chance to shape the business's Ethics and Compliance function. You will be tasked with staying on top of all regulatory changes, making sure that the business adapts whenever needed. Areas that you will get the chance to gain exposure to will involve Anti-Bibery and Corruption, Sanctions, Conflicts of interest and Anti-Money Laundering.
You will also get the chance to undertake risk responsibilities for the organisation, developing risk mitigation strategies for critical risks the business faces whilst also sharing best practice to all other areas of the business. What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 10 years experience within a compliance role.
- Bi-lingual, ability to speak both German and English fluently.
- Experience building or managing third-party risk management (TPRM).
- Extensive experience conducting investigations on a wide range of areas including Fraud and Corruption.
