Nanny-Housekeeper/mother’s help needed for two school age kids in Surrey :)

Start date: start of September 2025

Location: KT22

Children ages: Boy 12.5 years, girl 9.5 years – both in school so >8 hours in the day child-free during term time.

Contract length: Permanent

Working days and hours:
• As a minimum we need Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday covered (we can fix different week days if preferred).
• As a minimum, I need 4pm-8pm three days a week. Happy to also consider someone full time so 7am - c8pm.
Equally I would be amenable to someone just covering from 7-8.30am and then 4-8pm. Lots of flexibility really for the right person so please do get in touch to discuss options.

Start date: early Sept.

Summary of role:
Great opportunity to join a busy, down-to-earth family in leafy Surrey. Working family with two children and looking for a lovely, reliable, emotionally intelligent/sensitive, person to become an integral part of the family.

Happy with either live-out or live-in.

Duties include:
• School runs in car (DRIVER ESSENTIAL)
• Care of children’s belongings (washing and ironing their clothes and bedding, tidying)
• Ensuring the children’s bedrooms are clean and tidy / light housekeeping
• Prepare healthy meals for the children/family (batch cooking a couple of times a week when both kids are in school all day would be great so a decent cook would be a huge bonus!)
• Light housework at the end of the day in areas the children have used (kitchen, play areas, dining area etc)

Ideal candidate: Hoping to find someone who is fun, energetic, loving, calm, professional, proactive, organised, open, friendly, direct, reliable, good sense of humour. An excellent communicator is essential. Confident, sensible driver. Fluent English. No smoker. At least 5 years experience in a similar role or have raised own children.

Car: Use of nanny car (manual) or business mileage paid.

Looking for someone long term but would really like at the very least a one year commitment to ensure continuity for the children.
