That's where you come in - bringing things to life. The senior video/motion designer role here is set to make a big difference in how we communicate. You don't need to be told how powerful motion graphics and video are in delivering a potent payload. You'll be contributing to a truly disruptive brand in a me-too market. Differentiating using your talent and expertise. We're looking for a creative with keen video editing + motion graphics skills who effectively influences and is willing to get involved in concept work as well as the day-to-day business of thumb-stopping video and animation production. What you'll do Design and animate on-brand content across a variety of formats - campaign videos, product animations, social videos, internal reels, and digital experiences Bring our digital products to life with animated and or video work that sets us apart and becomes the standard others aspire to Develop storyboards, styleframes, and animatics that clearly communicate animation intent and bring creative concepts to life Cooperate in the creation and development of creative solutions to some tricky and abstract propositions, providing creative input and animation expertise throughout all phases of production Edit video to make the ordinary interesting and the interesting compelling Be the go-to knowledge expert for all things moving and great ideas Establish and upholding guidelines around our video and animation content Create an animation style that fits with our brand visual identity Support internal requests for employee communications, events, global town halls and initiatives Control video assets via our DAM, giving people access to what they need and curating content Requirements: Required: Submit with your application a portfolio and show reel that crackles with excitement (video/animation) in any and all media Required: 5+ years of professional creative/design experience (including video editing and/or animation) Required: Mastery of Adobe CC programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere/After Effects/Animate) Preferred: A creative agency background, used to the rough and tumble of creative ideation Keen interest in staying current on creative trends, new tools, formats, and platform standards and innovating the creative approach Curiosity about generative and automation-assisted design tools to improve creative workflows and outputs Ability to manage creative projects from conception through implementation The strength to stand up for your ideas and the humility to accept criticism - and an excellent ability to navigate between the two The all-important capability to listen - not just to what's said, but to really understand what is meant and to have the strength to ask questions Ability to integrate feedback from various internal and external stakeholders and transform that into beautiful end products Exceptional skill in maintaining ownership over several projects at once Ability to meet tight turnarounds and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to positively interact with external and internal stakeholders at all levels The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate's compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.
