JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Team Manager to join our team at Heathrow Terminal 3 . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who understands the unique pace and complexity of an international airport environment. Leading a small team on the shop floor, you will inspire exceptional service, drive commercial performance and build lasting client relationships with a global luxury customer base. As a Burberry ambassador, you will play a key role in creating an elevated customer experience while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Drive individual and store performance across all product categories through effective goal setting, feedback and performance management.
  • Deliver the Burberry Experience consistently, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the values and standards of the brand.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with local and international clients, creating opportunities for long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations within a fast-paced airport retail environment, balancing customer service, compliance and operational priorities.
  • Act as a role model on the shop floor, providing visible leadership, supporting team development and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Strong understanding of the airport retail environment and the ability to adapt to its unique operational demands.
  • Proven experience in luxury clientelling and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Previous leadership experience within luxury retail, premium retail or a customer-focused environment.
  • Confidence in motivating, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility across diverse customer and colleague groups.
  • Results-focused with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
