Role Purpose:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Chef to join our opening team! Up to 45k DOE.

The opening Kitchen Manager will be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations of the whole site. This will involve leading a small team, ensuring standards are maintained across all food outlets. You will be in charge of H&S compliance and kitchen administration duties. This role offers an excellent work-life balance.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience leading kitchen teams
Passion for exceptional food quality and presentation standards
Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop junior chefs
Experience with menu development, costing and kitchen P&L management
Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen compliance standards
