About The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Production and ongoing maintenance of site compliance Log books and liaising with Compliance Manager for Audit purposes
- Uploading of Risk Assessments for London Sites for Sub Con visits in respective CAFM Portals
- Undertake any changes to dedicated documentation including but not limited to process maps, organisation charts, H&S & Compliance documents
- Attend Tier 1 site meetings, take meeting notes and provide timely updates within the meetings
- Liaise with ad-hoc tasks allocated by Contract Manager or Cluster Managers.
- Maintaining the OCS Team Training Matrix for the the Account
- Liaising directly with Cluster Managers as required
- Maintain and develop good communication with clients, site-based team, suppliers and subcontractors, producing high quality documentation, statistical data and customer reports.
- On-site support with general enquiries, queries from both customer and site-based teams.
- H&S Qualification IOSH/ NEBOSH
- Administrative experience in a busy, pressurised environment
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, (Word, Access and PowerPoint)
- Advanced in Excel
- Excellent telephone manner, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
