The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working 5 days over 7. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves food, has strong leadership skills, and takes pride in delivering outstanding, nutritious, and appealing meals. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while leading and inspiring the team in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
- Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
- Delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
- Ordering food, looking after stock control and controlling food waste
- Overseeing the efficiency of all catering operations, including managing inventories and implementing action plans
- Managing budgets and successfully meeting financial targets
- Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
About You:
Proven experience as a Chef Manager within a contract catering business
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Passion for delivering excellent culinary experiences.
