We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager in London to join our Human Resources global team. You will ensure smooth daily office operations, provide administrative support, coordinate events, assist with HR tasks, and handle ad hoc projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can efficiently manage a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing equipment, and ensuring a tidy and functional workspace.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and productive by coordinating with cleaning staff.
- Provide general support to employees and guests in the office.
- Work with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services.
- Plan and execute company events, happy hours, meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they have a good experience.
- Order IT equipment for new employees and collaborate with the IT department to address technology needs, ensuring a smooth IT environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- An advanced student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Available to work part-time, 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday), from our London office.
- High proficiency in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive, energetic, flexible, and a creative problem-solver.
- Strong relationship skills.
- Proven experience in office management roles - an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
